Her extensive background sees her specialise in forecasting and budgeting, strategic planning, treasury management and raising finance through various channels, together with running the accounts team and internal audit functions. Ann now provides FD services and non-executive services to small companies alongside running Day Associates with Kevin Day. A member of the Chartered Institute of Building, Gary\u2019s vast knowledge and experience covers new build housing and the refurbishment and maintenance of existing properties; preparing and implementing planned and cyclical maintenance programmes; dealing with defect surveys and reports and providing technical and contractual advice.
